These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wage Earners Journey website (the “Website”) and any content, digital products, coaching, training, subscriptions, downloads, and related services offered through the Website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Website or purchase Services.

2) Purchases, Billing & Payments (Stripe)

All payments are processed through Stripe or other payment processors we may use from time to time. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for your purchases, including applicable taxes.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its terms and privacy practices.

3) Refund Policy — 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee on some products. Read below to find the product you purchased or is about to purchase.

If you purchase a product or service from Wage Earners Journey, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase date (the “Refund Period”) and receive a full refund, no questions asked, subject to the terms below.

How to request a refund: Email [[email protected]] using the email address used at checkout and include your order details. If your request is submitted within the Refund Period, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Exclusions / abuse prevention: While we honor this guarantee broadly, we reserve the right to deny refund requests to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases involving fraud, abuse, or bad-faith conduct, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests, suspected account sharing, access obtained through unauthorized payment methods, or other conduct intended to exploit the guarantee.

Effect of refund: Upon a refund, your access to the refunded product(s) and any associated materials, downloads, recordings, or member areas may be revoked immediately, and you agree to stop using and delete any refunded digital materials in your possession.

Exclusive remedy: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the refund described above is your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with a purchase during the Refund Period.

4) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks (Stripe-Friendly)

If you have a billing issue or want a refund, you agree to contact us first at [[email protected]] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue under the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy unless you have first submitted a refund request and either:

(a) you did not receive a response within a reasonable time, or

(b) your request was denied for a valid reason under these Terms.

Chargeback costs: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that is inconsistent with this Refund Policy or these Terms (including disputes filed after the Refund Period or in bad faith), you agree to reimburse Wage Earners Journey for any fees, penalties, administrative costs, and collection costs incurred, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5) No User-Generated Content

The Website does not offer public posting, comments, forums, or other user-generated content features. You agree not to attempt to upload, post, inject, or transmit content to the Website in any unauthorized manner.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY WAGE EARNERS JOURNEY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WAGE EARNERS JOURNEY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, SYSTEMS, OR DATA RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY DOWNLOADS OR MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH IT.

9) Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wage Earners Journey and its owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Wage Earners Journey Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, allegations, actions, suits, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses of every kind (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees, and court costs) arising out of, resulting from, or relating to, directly or indirectly, your access to, use of, purchase from, or inability to use the Website or any products or services offered through the Website, including any claim based on, arising from, or relating to:

Your use of (or inability to use) the Website and/or any services, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, coaching, training, downloads, content, materials, or features provided by Wage Earners Journey;

Any breach or alleged breach by you of these Terms or any referenced policies, or any representation, warranty, or obligation made by you in connection with the Website;

Any violation or alleged violation by you of any law, rule, regulation, or order (including laws relating to advertising, marketing, consumer protection, privacy, and electronic communications);

Any misuse or alleged misuse of the Website or any attempt to compromise, disrupt, or interfere with the Website’s security, integrity, or systems (including malware, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, or credential sharing);

Any payment-related dispute, including any chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, refund dispute, or “unauthorized transaction” claim initiated by you or on your behalf, and any related fees, penalties, administrative costs, and collection costs incurred by any Wage Earners Journey Party, to the fullest extent permitted by law;

Your reliance on any information, strategies, or content made available through Wage Earners Journey, including any claim of lost income, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, or failure to achieve results; and/or

Your interactions or disputes with third parties arising from or related to your use of the Website or any purchase or transaction (including payment processors, affiliates, advertisers, platforms, vendors, or other third parties).

Advance Payment + Reimbursement (Defense Costs)

At Wage Earners Journey’s request, you agree to advance and pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs and other expenses incurred by any Wage Earners Journey Party in connection with any covered claim, before final resolution of the claim. In addition, you agree to promptly reimburse upon demand any such fees, costs, or expenses not paid in advance, as incurred.

Defense and Settlement Control

Wage Earners Journey may, at its option, assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, including selecting counsel and directing strategy. You agree to provide full cooperation as reasonably requested. You may not settle any claim without Wage Earners Journey’s prior written consent, and you may not settle any claim in any manner that imposes any obligation, restriction, admission, payment, or liability on any Wage Earners Journey Party without that consent.

Severability; Reformation

If any provision of this indemnification is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified (reformed) to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while most closely reflecting the parties’ original intent.

Survival

This indemnification obligation will survive termination, cancellation, or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Website.

10) Governing Law; Venue (New York)

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Your continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
